The evolution of this iconic material involves the use of ECONYL® regenerated yarns: end-of-life nylon—both pre- and post-consumer—is recycled through a complex depolymerization process, creating this fiber that possesses the same intrinsic characteristics as nylon derived from fossil-based raw materials. The finished garment is then subjected to an elaborate double-dyeing process.
