3. Orders and Payments

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be completed at the time of the order using the payment methods available on the website. Ownership of the products is transferred to the customer only after full payment is received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to Italy, Europe and the rest of the world. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and will be communicated during the checkout process. Refreshop is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are granted exclusively to customers residing in the European Union, subject to our approval communicated by email.

To request a return or exchange, the customer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and original packaging.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise indicated by us in case of a defective product or an error by Refreshop.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned product, using the same payment method as the original order.

6. Warranty and Liability

All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity according to applicable European regulations. Refreshop is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased products.
